What customers say?

“ A luxurious space for adults. My husband and I visited for anniversary lunch. We went for weekday lunch, but it was fully booked. Reservations are required. The entrance was behind a curtain, making us a little unsure whether it was open, but the moment we opened the door, someone called our name. We had the lunch menu, which was around 10,000 yen. Heavy eaters might find the portions to be small for the price. We were able to enjoy the delicious dessert without feeling full, and I thought the portions were carefully calculated. It was my first time experiencing Michelin-starred cuisine, and although I feel a little embarrassed to write a review, it was a memorable meal. The lady's elegant service really enhanced the flavor of the food. The food was so beautiful and delicious that I was so moved that I completely forgot to take any other photos. ”

“ This French restaurant represents Fukuyama. It's about a seven-minute walk from the station. It has received one Michelin star for two consecutive seasons and is listed on Tabelog's Top 100 French Restaurants. The French cuisine, created by a chef with extensive experience in France, is exquisite, featuring delicate and skillful use of herbs and the perfect cooking time for the main ingredients. The red sea bream I had this time was grilled to a golden brown. While this is often the case at other restaurants, this one was cooked only minimally, not too rare, but perfectly tender and delicate. The main course, French duck, was also incredibly juicy. It's been a while since I've had such delicious duck. Both the meat and fish were packed with the natural flavors of the ingredients, making for a truly satisfying meal. The side dishes were also delicious. When I asked for butter for my bread, it was generously topped with French fermented butter. Madame's explanation of the dishes and her service were both excellent, attentive, and very appealing. The panna cotta for dessert, made with Madagascar vanilla beans and delicate meringue, was absolutely delicious. ”

“ I visited for the first time in several years. When thinking of the most delicious French food in Fukuyama, Lumi Noir is surely the first name that comes to mind. The food here is so impressive that you'll find yourself exclaiming, "Delicious! This is the first time I've ever had anything like this." A single woman seemed to be running the dining area, and she carefully explained the dishes and even poured the cold water right before it ran out, creating not only delicious food but also a comfortable atmosphere. French bread and the accompanying butter are charged separately. When I first tasted it here about 16 years ago, I was blown away by how delicious it was (lol). I think it was Echire butter, a high-quality French butter. Lumi Noir's special bread smears are individually served, so those concerned about calories can enjoy it without ordering butter. The chef's unique style of coming out to see us off as we left hasn't changed at all. The bill was paid at the table, and they handled individual payments smoothly. The lunch course with soup came to 6,405 yen. I'll definitely come back if I want to splurge a little and enjoy some delicious French food. (^-^) I was very satisfied! ”

“ April 11, 2024, 12:00 PM I finally made it to Le Miroir (reservations required) and enjoyed the chef's choice lunch. ○ Citrus-scented carrot jelly and shrimp terrine ・The melt-in-your-mouth, flavorful carrots and shrimp harmonize beautifully. ○ New onion potage The sweetness of the new onions, the savory flavor of the dairy, and the couscous, pine nuts, and thyme were all delicious. ○ Poule and tapenade ・At other restaurants, I rarely use butter or olives on bread, and I usually just eat it with the sauces in the dishes, so I was able to enjoy the tapenade for the first time in a while. ○ Flounder ethyl Sautéed leek, finely chopped black olives, pea tendrils, and dwarf beans in butter Fish buoy Vermouth sauce with tarragon added ・The plump, odorless, grilled flounder was paired with the main course and a delicious, fragrant sauce. The accompanying side dishes all worked perfectly together, making for a truly delicious meal. ○Grilled Veal Served with Sautéed Turnip and White Maitake Mushrooms Charcutière Sauce ・The meat was tender, odorless, and flavorful, paired with the butcher's exquisite sauce. It was absolutely delicious. ・Everyone has their own preferences when it comes to veal, but I personally prefer sauces with fruit or a slightly stronger flavor with a bit more wine...m(_ _)m ○ Jelly, mousse, and glass dessert made with Hiroshima-grown citrus fruits (Haruka, Shiranui, Hassaku, and orange) ・The sweet and sour flavors blended together to leave a cool, refreshing taste. ○ Coffee ・The coffee was refreshing and calming. ○ Small desserts Orange peel-flavored chocolate sable ・? ? When I visited, I thought this place might be intimidating, but it turned out to be a very comfortable and relaxed restaurant with delicious food. I'd definitely like to visit again. ”

“ It's been a while since I had dinner here. The carefully prepared dishes had a wonderful balance of flavors from the ingredients and the sauce, and I found myself having seconds of bread. The wine selection by the glass to go with the food was also perfect, and I ended up drinking as many glasses as there were plates. ”
